CELEBRATION OF MAULIDUR RASUL FEDERAL REGION LEVEL | OCTOBER 12, 2022
The celebration of Maulidur Rasul at the Federal Territories level on 12 October 2022 (Wednesday) corresponding to 15 Rabiul Awal 1444H was organized by the Islamic Religious Department of the Federal Territories (JAWI) with the theme "Malaysian Family, Catalyst of Prosperity". The JUPEM contingent with the participation of 30 people was led by the Head of the Contingent En Khairul Zaid bin Zulkafli from the Corporate Planning Division, JUPEM. The contingent wearing stylish national clothes came with enthusiasm to enliven the ceremony and show their love for Rasulallah S.A.W. The ceremony started at 9.00 am with the Maulidur Rasul procession from the contingent of government and private agencies of the Federal Territory involving 22 contingents.
The event was graced with the Keynote Speech and Opening of the Maulidur Rasul Celebration Ceremony at the Regional Level delivered by YB Datuk Haji Ahmad Marzuk Shaary, Deputy Minister, in the Prime Minister's Department (Religious Affairs).
Main Figures of Maulidur Rasul SAW Federal Territories Level 1444H given to YBhg. Tan Sri Dato' Haji Alimuddin bin Haji Mohd Dom, Chairman of the National Islamic Education Coordinating Committee, National Council for Islamic Religious Affairs (MKI) who is also the former Director General of Education Malaysia.
While the individual Special Award was given to Mr. Arbaani bin Talib, general cleaning worker of the environmental management company, Alam Flora Sdn. Bhd.
The Organization Category Special Award was given to Saidina Abu Bakar As Siddiq Mosque, Bangsar Kuala Lumpur (Mosque Category), Surau Putra Al-Amin Putrajaya (Surau / Friday Surau Category), Rancha-Rancha Labuan National Secondary School (National Secondary School Category), Salahuddin Al-Ayubi Religious Primary School Kuala Lumpur (Religious Primary School Category), and Yayasan Amal Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Branch (Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) Category).
The best contingent for the Maulidur Rasul SAW parade at the Federal Territory Level 1444H, first place won by the Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM), Royal Police Headquarters Bukit Aman, second place won by Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) and third place won by the Malaysian Companies Commission (SSM).
JUPEM congratulates and well done to the organizers, especially the Islamic Religious Department of the Federal Territory (JAWI) for organizing the celebration of Maulidur Rasul at the Provincial Level for the year 1444, equivalent to 2022.
